| ROASTED DUCK AND STUFFING |

| SUBMITTED BY: DARYL RICKHEIM INGREDIENTS: 2 to 3 whole ducks. 1 lb. 80% hambuerger 1 lb. ground mild sausage 2 apples 1 onion 2 carrots 2 celery stalks 1 box stuffing mix 1 can slices pineapple season salt |
PREPERATION: Chop up vegetables, Mix vegetables, stuffing mix, hamburger, and sausage. DrainStuff birds with mixture. Bake at 350 degree's until golden brown. Remove from oven. Cover with Pineapples. Place back in oven for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Remove stuffing from birds and serve as side dish. |
